The Stallholder’s Application Form must be answered in full before the application will be considered.
Physical samples of your proposed products should accompany the application, as well as good quality photos of your stall set up. This can be attached to the website address.
All market applicants will be contacted by mail or email regarding the outcome of their application.
No further correspondence will be entered into and the committee reserves the right to not explain why an application was rejected.
Stall rental fees are payable monthly in advance by the last Sunday of each month. Price of a stall for Night pop up market is $30.00, For a Day pop up market is $50.00. (Prices may change without notice)
All approved applicants are required to commence trading at the beginning of the next calendar month after notification of approval.
This will be a minimum of a week’s notice.
The VALENTINE'S POP UP NIGHT MARKET takes place on Thursday, January 24, 2019 from 6:30 PM 9:30 PM. Stallholders must be set up by 6:00pm.
If the stallholder is late or unable to trade, they should notify the Market Coordinator by 9.00am that day.
Stalls are to remain set up and trading until 9.30pm unless permission to end trade early is obtained from the Market Coordinator.
Packing up is to occur 9.30pm – 10.00pm
